Jaime Esposito is a percussion performer and educator based out of Dallas, Texas. The summer of 2017 Jaime was an artist with the Heartland Marimba Collective where they performed concerts in Iowa and Nebraska, and coached students and ensembles at the Heartland Marimba Festival in Wisconsin. During the spring of 2016, they toured with the World Percussion Group, performing with the ensemble, presenting clinics, and coaching at various universities across the country. In 2016 Jaime was awarded 2nd place in Heartland Marimba Festival Solo Competition. In the summer of 2015, they were invited to the United Kingdom to perform with the prestigious Britten-Pears Festival Orchestra. In 2014, they won PASIC's Timpani Mock Audition. Jaime frequently plays with Las Colinas Symphony Orchestra, Texarkana Symphony, and Abilene Philharmonic. Jaime currently is the front ensemble tech and private lesson teacher at L.D Bell High School. Jaime graduated from the University of North Texas with a Master’s Degree in Percussion Performance where they also maintained responsibilities as a Teaching Fellow and an Bachelors in Percussion Performance from Northwestern University's Bienen School of Music.
